We work with you to at an initial meeting to:-

identify precisely what it is you want to achieve; 
  check that both you and the coach feel the personal chemistry is right; 
  check the achievability of the target(s) in the time available;
  establish meaningful success criteria so both can monitor progress.

We then agree a schedule of structured meetings which can, if you like, include:- 

a career stock-take; 
  psychometric assessments
  exploration of your values, strengths, weaknesses and skills;
  360 degree feedbacks for input from those around you;
