COMMERCIAL AND LINE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE 

My experience spans a range of industries while qualifying as a Chartered Secretary and gaining administrative and management experience. Later senior positions involved operating internationally and running SMEs typically with ten million pound turnovers and two hundred and fifty staff. In 1988, I became an independent consultant, re-qualifying as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in the world of work and business. Since then, I have worked in both private and public sectors, primarily in the fields of health care, education, IT and insurance.
